Under most affiliate marketing arrangements, advertisers only pay for converted leads. There is basically no way they can lose money or get a negative ROI with this marketing method. Each new sale generated may have a thin margin after the affiliate payment is made, but it’s possible to structure in such a way that eliminates the possibility of a loss.
For me I would choose a program with Recurring commission. You can build a real passive income. Its the best way to go! One suggestion is contact companies who sell services and ask if you can sell their service for them. Sometimes popular affiliate programs like these have just way too many people trying to sell their service. I personally went to sitecare.ca and asked them if I could sell their service and I couldn’t be happier! So find a service you believe in and go for it!
Plus, consumers are more likely to rely on a trusted source for brand information than they are an advertisement. In the current state of influencers and rampant review sites, we’re looking to real people’s opinions more than we are static advertisements or TV commercials. With your affiliates comes the trust of networks they’ve previously established.

Sometimes, you don't want to collect leads and have an optin form on your landing page. With Affiliate Funnels, we've made it easy to switch from Optin Funnel to what we call Click-Through Funnel where your visitors just have to click on the call-to-action link to go to the next step of the funnel. Each funnel comes with this handy and powerful feature. Since you have unlimited Funnel Instances, you can play with this feature as much as you want!
Let's face it, the average conversion rate on an optin form is in the 25-45% range. We've developed a 1-click Optin technology that pre-populates your optin form with your visitors' email address, increases the conversion rate by up to 70-75% and end the bogus / fake email syndrom forever. All your funnels are equipped with this technology and we will show you how to make the best use of it. (when you click the demo button below, the optin form will already be pre-populated)
There’s no limits to the number of affiliate programs you sign up for so applying for one today will not prevent you from picking another one later on. In fact, being a member of more affiliate programs simply gives you more options in terms of products to promote plus they’re pretty much all free to join. You can always leave a program if it’s not working out for you or there are no products you want to promote.
No matter how good your marketing skills are, you’ll make less money on a bad product than you will on a valuable one. Take the time to study the demand for a product before promoting it. Make sure to research the seller with care before teaming up. Your time is worth a lot, and you want to be sure you’re spending it on a product that is profitable and a seller you can believe in.

In some ways, trying to establish a direct affiliate marketing relationship with a merchant is a lot like trying to get an advertiser to run a campaign on your site. But there is a major difference here that you should consider when reaching out to establish direct relationships: the biggest hurdle to overcome from the perspective of the merchant isn’t a cash payment (as it is with advertising) but rather an administrative burden.
i. You will use Product Advertising Content only in a lawful manner in accordance with and within the express scope of the terms of this License. You will not use PA API, Data Feeds, or Product Advertising Content with any site or application, or in any other manner, that does not have the principal purpose of advertising and marketing an Amazon Site and driving sales of products and services on an Amazon Site.
Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. Yes it can... But it works best when you 'pre-sell' a specific item with your content (an email or a blog post) and then link directly to that product's sales page on their site. Don't expect people to 'look around and shop' there... Give specific recommendations for the products that solve peoples' problems and link them directly to those products!
