I loved this course. Learned a lot of information I didn't already know. Would have liked walk-through activities. He did pretty awesome jobe walking through what he did, but if each section had a to do list, I would have ended the course with my first sales funnel. Right now, I'm pretty over-whelmed with all the wonderful information and don't know where to begin.

Barkbox had been partnering with animal shelters across the U.S. and Canada to sell their subscription boxes to new puppy parents, with commissions helping to fund these rescue organizations. The program was a hit, but managing communication and logistics for thousands of independent, volunteer-run organizations -- not to mention writing each one a check every quarter -- was a time-consuming proposition.
The affiliate funnel has completely revolutionalised the marketing space. It has changed our approach to promoting our services online forever. We are no longer relying on SEO to bring in quality organic leads and enquiries. Google is unreliable at the best of times with algorithm updates moving the needle and pressure mounting to maintain position one rankings.

It’s free to join the SellHealth affiliate program, though you do have to apply and be accepted before you can start promoting their products.  Once you’re accepted, you’ll have access to a number of tools, graphics, banners and more that you can use to promote SellHealth products.  The sales are actually made at company-owned Websites, which look professional and handle all of the selling. Commissions vary, but the base rate is 30% of all sales and upsells, and SellHealth says you can earn up to $350 per sale.

When formulating a commission structure, the first step is to consider all stakeholders involved in the transaction. Even though affiliate marketing is entirely performance-based — and nary a nickel gets paid unless a transaction occurs — there are several different parties taking a cut of that sale. The affiliate gets a percentage. The affiliate network gets a percentage. And, your affiliate manager might take a percentage. What initially seemed as a no-risk marketing channel could be one of your most expensive.
I was like, “oh man, how’s it going?” and he’s like, “I left that company, I went over here to this other company. Dude, I gotta thank you for introducing me to Trey.” I’m like, “What do you mean?” and he’s like, “Trey Lewellen.” and I’m like, “Yeah?” and he’s like, “When you introduced him to us, he had this really weird flashlight offer that no one thought was going to work and I tried to blow him off four or five times, but finally he was so persistent. He prepaid all this stuff, so I had an affiliate run his offer and dude, you probably don’t know this, it was the biggest affiliate offer in the history of affiliate marketing. That offer did over $10 million in the first 90 days. There’s never been an offer that big.”
In effect, VigLink works as the middleman between a publisher (blogger) and merchants by scanning the publisher’s content and automatically creating links to publishers that are chosen “in real time” based on their payout/conversation rates. This makes VigLink a very hands-off affiliate program for publishers who prefer to focus on content instead of managing their affiliate links.
Think about it, how many websites do you find yourself on that was just built last month? Probably hardly ever at all. New websites don’t have much content, have no reputation, have no email subscribers, have no social media followers, get no search engine traffic, etc. Those things take time, and in general, that amount of time is about a year or so (give or take).
For example, building up a big base of traffic won’t deliver much of a reward if you’re working with the wrong affiliate offers. Similarly, doing a great job marketing the ideal offers to an extremely small traffic base won’t translate into much revenue. Each of these three points must be implemented and improved together, or else you won’t see results.
Affiliate marketing is one of the earliest forms of performance-based online marketing. The 90s ushered in the age of the internet. Organizations and individuals began creating websites and content in droves and – when search engines began cataloging websites and pages, making it easy to find and navigate to this content – marketing changed forever.
Affiliate marketing has grown quickly since its inception. The e-commerce website, viewed as a marketing toy in the early days of the Internet, became an integrated part of the overall business plan and in some cases grew to a bigger business than the existing offline business. According to one report, the total sales amount generated through affiliate networks in 2006 was £2.16 billion in the United Kingdom alone. The estimates were £1.35 billion in sales in 2005.[19] MarketingSherpa's research team estimated that, in 2006, affiliates worldwide earned US$6.5 billion in bounty and commissions from a variety of sources in retail, personal finance, gaming and gambling, travel, telecom, education, publishing, and forms of lead generation other than contextual advertising programs.[20]
We’ll look at that and say, on average in this funnel we’re spending a dollar on ads on Facebook or Youtube, or wherever you’re buying your ads from. But by day 8 I’ve made my buck back, it’s breakeven. Then guess what happens after day 8? Day 9 and beyond? Day 9 is magic because anything you make from day 9 and beyond is pure profit in your pocket. And that’s the magic in affiliate marketing.

Do you have any information on how to set up and link Landing Page, Thank you page, etc. in Thrive (For an Affiliate funnel) like you do with Clickfunnels? I have read and watched several times (above) but am not able to convert Clickfunnel understanding to Thrive. I have watched several tutorials in Thrive University and haven't yet seen how to do that. Any assistance is greatly appreciated; Thank you!
